Trust through plain language
Trust Center
How this community recovery site handles public listings, private contact, safety, reporting, removal, and responsibility.
The plain truth
Listings are public. Personal contact information does not have to be. Community needs and offers can use Contact through the Hub so the poster's email is kept out of the public listing. A poster may deliberately choose public contact instead. Community Resource and Partner Board listings use public organizational/provider contact routes because those listings are meant to connect people with an identifiable resource or organization.
The Hub has three data layers: public listing information; private listing-management/contact information; and temporary first-contact information used only to verify and forward a message. There is no member profile, username, public account, Hub inbox, or stored conversation thread.
