Clear capacity. Honest limits. Direct organizational connection.
Partner Board Rules
The Partner Board works only when organizations accurately identify themselves, describe real current capacity, and keep funding or cost expectations clear.
Post only with organizational authority
- Use the real public name of the organization or business.
- Submit only when you are authorized to represent that organization for the listing.
- Use an official website or credible public organizational presence and an appropriate organizational contact route.
- Do not imply partnership, endorsement, funding approval, or verification by FVR.
Make capacity specific
- Needs must identify the capacity required, scale, timing, general area, and funding context.
- Offers must identify the available capacity, scale, timing, limits, and whether it is donated, reduced-cost, available if funded, or needs support to continue.
- Ordinary advertising without a specific recovery capacity is not appropriate.
- Resource or funding opportunities must identify the actual provider, potential eligibility, and an official source.
Funding and agreements stay between the parties
FVR does not receive, hold, award, approve, route, or guarantee funding. Participating organizations remain responsible for contracts, procurement rules, grant restrictions, eligibility, accounting, taxes, licensing, insurance, cost reasonableness, and other legal or operational requirements.
Keep claims accurate
- Do not claim funding, reimbursement, availability, credentials, quantities, authorization, or eligibility that has not been established.
- Do not represent historical donated work as current available capacity unless it is actually still available.
- Update, close, resolve, or remove the listing when circumstances change.
Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, impersonation, misleading claims, false urgency, pressure tactics, or disaster price exploitation
- Spam, generic promotion, lead harvesting, or unrelated commercial advertising
- Requests or offers involving illegal goods, unsafe activity, self-deployment into restricted areas, or evasion of licensing/procurement requirements
- Publishing private household information, sensitive case details, or information that belongs in the Community Board rather than the Partner Board
FVR's role
The Hub provides public connection infrastructure and exception-based moderation. Publication does not mean an organization or claim has been individually verified or endorsed. The Hub may hide, remove, expire, or refuse content that appears unsafe, stale, misleading, exploitative, unauthorized, or outside the Partner Board's purpose.
The Partner Board is for organizations connecting around recovery work. It is not a grant portal, procurement office, contracting marketplace, or substitute for the Community Board.
