The Recovery Hub aims to be readable, keyboard-usable, mobile-friendly, and understandable without specialized knowledge.
Current approach
- Semantic headings, labels, landmarks, and skip navigation
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, filters, and buttons
- Visible focus states and high-contrast core actions
- Mobile-first layouts and large tap targets
- Plain-language prompts and guided listing creation
- Status messages for form and board updates
- Downloadable PDF guides designed for practical reading and printing
Known limits
This is a young, rapidly developed community project. Accessibility testing is ongoing, and third-party services such as Cloudflare Turnstile, Facebook, Nextdoor, linked government pages, and PDF readers may behave differently across devices and assistive technologies.
Report an accessibility barrier
If something is difficult to read, navigate, understand, or use with assistive technology, email info@foxvalleyrecovery.org. Include the page, device or browser, and what went wrong if you are comfortable doing so. A correction will be attempted as reasonably possible.
